The unique, occasionally surreal cuisine of chef Josep Moreno starts off in the Cook & Travel gastro-bar, continues with more appetisers in the renovated kitchen, and reaches its zenith at the dining table where guests are treated to menus (short and long versions are both available) featuring a veritable symphony of starters and main courses. In this modern, eclectic eatery with just a few tables, the dining experience is considered a major spectacle, so that each course is as dramatic as the last, giving the impression that you are in an intimate theatre waiting for the curtain to rise.
