Pierre Eon, who hit the public eye during the 2016 Top Chef season, has opened this eatery in his hometown. A modern setting provides the backdrop to market-fresh cuisine with a novel spin on bistro traditions: mackerels in white wine, veal stew and at dinnertime, a “bouillabreizh” of John Dory, langoustines and sea bream. Well presented, wholesome and tasty.
