Two brothers welcome diners to their modern establishment, dominated by blue, on Place de Bretagne, a few steps from the Canal d’Ille et Rance. Gnochettis, Comté cheese, truffle oil, veal braised in carrots: foodies flock here in search of heart-warming, slow-cooked dishes with a bistronomic slant. The menu is chalked up on a slate and changes with the weather and seasons. Fantastic lunchtime prices; more ambitious in the evenings.
