Situated within the Kempinski hotel on the seafront, and boasting pillars, large windows and elegant fabrics, this restaurant takes its name from the famous Italian actress Sophia Loren (there’s also a tasting menu named after her). The cuisine here is Mediterranean, with a focus on Istrian ingredients most of which are sourced from local farmers and producers. The menu also features shellfish, Istrian truffles and top-quality meat. The wine list includes excellent labels from Istria, France and Italy.
