La Côte Vermeille, a local institution under new management since spring 2022, is enjoying a new lease of life. It still boasts a breathtaking view of the port, especially from the stunning, first-floor terrace. The chef crafts light, colourful seafood cuisine with Mediterranean influences, cleverly underscored by spices and citrus fruits in a bid to showcase the catch of local fishing boats.
