Just imagine: the Île d'Yeu, a pretty little hotel overlooking the sea, a chic, laid-back restaurant, a terrace and a dining area decorated with models of old sailing ships... All in all, a truly charming spot for food lovers. A picture of calm in the kitchen, chef Nawal Rezagui delights diners with her regional and delicious seafood cuisine, peppered here and there with just the right Mediterranean touches (olive oil, coriander, spicy jus, pine nuts, harissa etc): sea bream ceviche with lime and fresh herbs; pollack steamed with seaweed, green cabbage, steamed sweet onion and beurre blanc.
