Both formerly of the Guy Savoy, Michel Roncière and Éric Mancio have joined forces: the first in the kitchen, the second in the wine cellar. The menu is well designed and prepared according to market availability. Meals are served in a small dining room (20 seats at tightly packed tables) with an open kitchen and counter dining.
