Le 6 (formerly Le 6 Paul Bert) received a facelift ahead of its reopening with chef Pauline Séné (Top Chef) at the helm. With its bistro-style furniture, zinc-topped bar for guests to eat at, and tightly packed old-school café tables and chairs, the restaurant is in full swing – in fact, it is often fully booked. The appealing menu achieves a balance of delicacy and indulgence, showcasing the ingredient without ever overdoing it, for instance smoked tarama, trout roe, focaccia and wakame; monkfish, celeriac, beurre blanc, blackberry nori and katsuobushi.
