Enjoy Mediterranean cuisine with a nod to local ingredients and Mallorcan cooking in this restaurant occupying the former stables of a mansion (now the Hotel Sant Francesc) in the centre of Palma. It is only open for dinner from Thursday to Monday (with a tasting menu option) and for lunch on Sundays, when you can order a set menu on which rice dishes take centre-stage. The inner garden terrace is a pleasant bonus!
