"Casual fine dining" is the order of the day at the restaurant of the upmarket Alpine hotel DAS.HOCHGRAT. The fashionable, upscale interior features clean lines and warm wood fittings. The modern cuisine prioritises seasonality and local produce in a selection of à la carte dishes (choose from two to four courses) and two set menus – one of which is vegetarian – each comprising four to six courses. A five-course set menu based around Lars Odefey's pasture-raised chicken is a great option for two people to share. Then there is the wine list comprising over 700 labels.
