Run by the same family since 1880, this restaurant is quite the local institution. Chef François Golla serves modern cuisine without turning his back on tradition: take, for example, his carpaccio of langoustine royale served with crispy vermicelli. His genial wife takes charge of the restaurant floor, and his sister serves wines, including some by the glass, often from magnums – a really nice touch! An appealing place, in no small part due to the smart interior in which wood features heavily.
