Chef Xavier Rambaud, a real globetrotter, travelled quite a bit before dropping anchor here. The dining area has an industrial-bistro style (parquet floor, wooden tables, exposed stones and cast iron pipes). The experience of the chef is made manifest throughout a modern and locavore repertoire: well-rounded dishes replete with winning flavour combinations.
