Tim Raue has his finger on the pulse with the concept behind this place: you could almost imagine you are in a French brasserie, what with the stylish, cosy and pleasantly informal atmosphere, and the flavoursome food made with good-quality ingredients. The menu changes every three months and along with the à la carte selection, there are always three set menus to choose from: "Colette Classics", the "Tim Raue Menü" and a vegan one.
