An oasis of greenery in Paris's urbanised suburbs. As you walk through the wooded grounds of this 19C villa, you come across a vegetable garden, beehives and even a greenhouse for citrus fruit. In fine weather, a terrace with white parasols and fairy lights awaits guests. Breton chef Camille Saint-M'leux pays tribute to his region and its fish and seafood in dishes such as spider crab, aniseed broth or seared pollack, cucumber and watercress.
