The Pourcel brothers have transformed this former wine storehouse into a vast space where stone, steel and wood are blended in an industrial-chic style. The dishes, which draw on locally sourced ingredients at their height of their maturity, are infused with inspirations from far and wide, in keeping with the modus operandi of these famous twins: ceviche of sea bream and prawns, guacamole and orange-scented vinaigrette or roast rack of Pyrenean lamb, grilled artichokes and coconut curry jus are good illustrations of the gastro-bistro spirit of the house.
