The area around Montoro, famous for its cipolla ramata (copper onion), is now also home to a gourmet restaurant thanks to young chef Francesco Cerrato, whose cuisine is inspired by locally sourced ingredients from this inland region as well as fish and seafood from the coast. The menu also features creative, carefully prepared dishes served by the attentive young staff. Minimalist-style ambience.
