Villa Mirasol has entrusted the fate of its restaurant to Philippe Lagraula, a chef from Landes, who earned his stripes under Troisgros and Bras. His strong points are well known: presentation, originality, harmonious flavours, qualities that are illustrated by uncomplicated modern cuisine, such as black pudding with yellow pepper, runny egg and "cosa crocante".
