In addition to knockout views over the city, the rooftop restaurant of the Sofitel Lyon Bellecour offers pared-down cuisine in a contemporary brasserie vibe (tartare of seabream and langoustine, semi-smoked confit of centre-cut salmon) and the odd new twist to perennial favourites: green lentils, Lyon saucisson, port; pike in brioche, spelt, crayfish.
