In the evenings, he and his dedicated team showcase precise craftsmanship and top-notch ingredients in two intriguing and innovative three- to seven-course set menus, one of which is vegan. Dishes such as trout with oyster, cucumber and calamansi are bursting with flavour, thanks to a masterful interplay of acidity and contrasts. Lunchtime options are more limited. The professional and attentive service is complemented by an attractive setting that seamlessly integrates the charming features of this old building, such as high ceilings with decorative mouldings and wood panelling, into its sleek and elegant modern design.
