This restaurant is ensconced in the Grand Hôtel Moderne et Pigeon, a former monastery dating back to the early 16C. With a superb 17C stained-glass window, the place has undeniable cachet. With its elegant patio, it has the feel of a bohemian bistro. Chef Stéphane Castaing is as creative as ever: salmon gravlax on tomato panna cotta, fillet of beef with black garlic and vegetable condiment... Laid-back friendly service.
