On the banks of the Loire, this establishment is now in the hands of a local lad. He aims to serve market-fresh dishes throbbing in flavour with a bargain-priced lunchtime menu and a more elaborate monthly menu. The majority of his ingredients come from within a radius of 200km, albeit with the occasional saltwater fish: his Brittany monkfish spiked with langoustine is truly mind-blowing!
