The Mediterranean cuisine served in this restaurant is as enchanting as the song of the nightingale (rossignol is not only the French word for nightingale but also happens to be the chef’s name!). Willy Rossignol creates classic dishes full of colour and flavour, all prepared from fresh ingredients, while his wife Mara takes excellent care of guests front of house in the simple yet elegant dining room. There’s also a small terrace for alfresco dining in fine weather.
