A restaurant where superb flavours and a friendly atmosphere go hand in hand. Chef Theotim Bioret is strongly inspired by northern Italy, from Venice to Ventimiglia: Piedmont-style agnolotti del plin, sage and a parmesan jus; calf's liver saltimbocca, spinach and polenta.
