This friendly wine cellar has a strong following of regular customers and houses a quality restaurant run by Stéphane Lerouge, an experienced sommelier and alumnus of Hélène Darroze. The carefully selected ingredients are well prepared by the competent young chef to create dishes marked by tradition, albeit with a slight twist. As for the wines, the tendency is towards the natural, organic and biodynamic. There is no physical wine list: the boss invites you to browse the shelves of the wine cellar.
