In the beautifully restored brick boiler house with its listed industrial architecture, the chef, his wife and his brother have taken over the reins. The concept: modern cuisine with original ideas and flavours – for example yellow fin mackerel sashimi with marinated red cabbage. At lunchtime a simpler bistro menu is served.
