In a listed building dating from 1928, you get unusual, ambitious cuisine that is modern, well thought-out and with a clear Italian influence. Here, the approach is sustainable, almost all produce used being certified organic. The arancino aperto, salsiccia and pistachios, and the tongue of veal, Marsala, cauliflower and beetroot are great examples from the menu.
