The faultless, elegant service here is overseen with skill and charm by the chef’s wife Alessandra. We’ve left the real reason for our enthusiasm until last: owner-chef Andrea Sarri delights guests with his superb cuisine, which features light and imaginative reinterpretations of Ligurian fish and seafood specialities, inspired by the extraordinary quality of his ingredients. Examples include a perfect yet simple shellfish casserole, as well as his raw fish dish with black garlic from Vessalico and other Ligurian flavours.
