Remaining true to the Südliche Weinstraße, Sandra Bernhard and Jochen Sitter moved from Birkweiler to this 300 year-old former coaching house, which they run with great dedication and charm. The chef cooks traditional and modern, but above all, flavoursome fare. Dishes include classics such as pan-friend black pudding and Saumagen (stuffed pig’s stomach). The interior courtyard is gorgeous.
