When strolling down the main street of Houlgate, you will of course pass this spruce, slate-roofed villa. Seasoned chef Maxime Lehoucq has chosen this contemporary venue to weave his culinary magic using only seasonal Normandy produce such as veal, free-range eggs and cream, together with fish supplied by his fisherman brother from Trouville. Maxime’s bistronomic signature and the occasional exotic note (Cajun spices on poultry breast) depict this gourmet stage, whose menu changes weekly.
