The name says it all in the restaurant of Hotel Monopol, which has been in the same family for decades: "intensiū" refers to the intense flavours of the creative cuisine. The set menu is also available in a vegan version. Under owner and host Kristjan Bratec, representing the third generation, the establishment has a modern design and a relaxed atmosphere. The graffiti mural, depicting his grandfather, symbolises the transformation the place has undergone.
