The simple décor here is made to resemble the old days and, with exhibits fit for a museum, it chronicles both the history of the shop and noodle making itself. Educational displays include an ancient well, hand-powered noodle making tools from the Qing Dynasty and their first electric noodle-maker circa 1985. Apart from the famous soup wontons and deep-fried wontons with sweet and sour dip, try their noodle soup with braised beef brisket or pork trotters.
