Fresh, seasonal produce are the stars of the bistro menu: crunchy white asparagus with a hollandaise sauce, slow-roasted shoulder of lamb and gratin dauphinois and, to finish, home-made pastries. The huge, covered terrace commands a matchless view of Grignan Castle.
