This is a charming traditional restaurant with a gorgeous terrace. Representing the fourth generation, Roman Pfaff has breathed new life into this family business. The high-quality ingredients used here come almost exclusively from the (Lake Constance) region – their origin is indicated on the menu. However, international flavours also come into play and, in addition to one or two classics, the chefs conjure up imaginative modern dishes such as pan-fried Lippertsreute salmon trout fillet with a paprika and tarragon topping, baba ganoush and oriental potato wedges. This often means a full house, so it is best to make a reservation!
