His style is creative and pleasantly pared down. Steering clear of any gimmickry and relying instead on distinctly intense flavours, he whisks diners off on a culinary adventure courtesy of his set menu – he even incorporates some Japanese influences that work a treat. Whatever the dish, the quality of the ingredients is of the utmost importance. The desserts are sure to impress with their sophistication and originality. Interesting wine pairings complement the set menu. The service team is all you could wish for: charming, accomplished and always on hand. Both dining rooms – one elegant, the other more on the trendy side – are chic and modern, and there is a wonderful terrace in the courtyard.
