Château de Beaulieu's bistronomy restaurant serves cuisine devised by chef Christophe Dufossé that embraces both the traditional and the modern. The setting is superb and the top-notch dishes are meticulously prepared: vol-au-vent sot-l'y-laisse, wild mushrooms, champagne emulsion; scallops in a chicory crust… Barbecue on the large terrace in summer, slow-cooked dishes in winter.
