De beoordeling van de Michelin Gids
“We don’t take ourselves too seriously” is the claim of the young owner-chef at this modern and lively restaurant in the city’s Chacarita district. The à la carte here features just seven dishes, two of which are desserts, so you only need to order a few to enjoy this family-style dining experience. There’s a contagious exuberance in the kitchen where the bold and honest flavours created emanate from every corner of the globe. As an example, the Korean “tteokbokki” is one of the most popular options here, while another favourite dish, fried chicken, is served with an array of sides. The “Torrija” brioche provides a delicious finale to proceedings. The large open kitchen stands next to the rustic-style dining room which seems to have been decorated and furnished by a grandmother with help from her grandchildren! The atmosphere here is fun and relaxed and you can’t book ahead, so you’ll need to arrive well before 8pm to guarantee a table.
