Patience may be required when trying to book a table here, as there are only four of them. Chef Ben Crittenden works alone in the open kitchen of this intimate restaurant, crafting a 6 course set menu that should appeal to everyone. His dishes may appear quite delicate in their looks but they offer plenty of flavour and contrasts in texture, along with ingredients that are clearly sourced with care – like delicious shh’annu lamb from Lockerbie. Go for the wine pairings to ease any indecision.
