This restaurant is located in the same building as the largest farming auction in Spain, where the price of beef in other auctions depends largely on prices here. Given the above, it’s no surprise to see this restaurant, which started life in nearby Tamarite de Litera before moving here, taking full advantage of the choice cuts of meats from this area. Chef Iván Vilanova serves up unpretentious dishes with a focus on seasonal ingredients and an impressive menu, always striving to create delicious cuisine where the ingredients themselves take centre stage.
