Located inside the historical town hall, this contemporary-style restaurant has an understated decor that is inspired by nature (plenty of wood and raw materials). The menu immediately sets the tone with a quote by Jean Cocteau: "Nothing is more serious than pleasure." And Jeoffey Fraiche ought to know! Originally from Alsace, this French chef lends a creative touch to his seasonal cuisine: line-caught stone bass from Noirmoutier; locally reared pork fed on grass and Valais apricots. Make the most of the large south-facing terrace to the rear of the building.
