The fifth generation, embodied by the owners’ daughter and her husband, is continuing the family saga. The chef signs traditional recipes that call upon fine local produce – caillette (pâté), Vercors trout and a dessert based on Grenoble walnuts and green Chartreuse. The flavoursome food is served in a bright, contemporary interior with an Alpine twist.
