The restaurant in the long-established Arosa Kulm Hotel, not far from the ski slopes, has adopted a dual concept: a simpler lunch menu featuring rösti, pasta, burgers etc, and a more ambitious menu in the evening. High-quality regional ingredients such as Grisons lamb or Val Lumnezia Alpine char take centre stage. The glass-walled walk-in wine cabinet is quite something. The terrace is a delightful spot from which to take in the mountain scenery.
