Bahía Lapataia, in the Tierra del Fuego National Park, opens onto the Beagle Channel at the end of Ruta 3, the mythical Pan-American Highway. Its network of islands and peninsulas can be explored via six trails (from 200m to 3km). They offer views, most notably from lookouts, of waterfowl, beaver dams and several photogenic lagoons, such as the Lagunas Verde and Negra. If you would like to go further, the Senda de la Baliza runs along the coast up to the park's boundary.
