Niokolo Koba National Park contains over 900,000 ha crisscrossed by the Gambia River and filled with a wide variety of landscapes and protected wildlife. Hire a guide and take your time to increase your chances of seeing the most animals (including warthogs, lions, hippopotamuses and crocodiles). A must!
