The city's finest views are from this 750ft tower overlooking the grounds of HemisFair 1968. Visitors are whisked day and night to the 500ft level on a 1min ride in a glass-enclosed elevator. This is one of the tallest free-standing structures in the Western Hemisphere-67ft higher than the Washington Monument.
