On the eastern coast of the Magne peninsula, the bay of Porto Kagio, dotted with a few houses sheltered by a cove to the rear of a narrow passage, is a haven for migrating birds. For a 360° panoramic view, climb to the top of the hill, which overlooks the village and the ruins of the Mani citadel (13C). From there, skirt the coast to the picturesque village of Lagia, then Kokkala and above all, to Exo Nimfio, whose impressive towers cling to the mountainside.
