De Groene Gids
De beoordeling van de Michelin Gids
The 9 August 1945 was a defining moment in the history of the world. The exhibition conveys the horror and devastation wrought by the bomb dropped at 11.02am, and its interminable implications for future generations, fuelling the debate on whether or not nuclear weapons should be abolished. The National Peace Memorial nearby honours the memory of the estimated 70 000 killed by the American bomb. There were also some 70 000 victims of the fallout.
