The Western Development Museum is devoted to transportation in Saskatchewan. The Water section has displays about the Northcote, a steamship that used to ferry goods up the South Saskatchewan River during the North West Rebellion. The Railway gallery features a Canadian Pacific locomotive and a reconstructed train station, while the road gallery displays an interesting collection of automobiles. The Air section presents Canadian planes, including a 1927 Red Pheasant and a display devoted to the British Commonwealth Air Training School.
