This museum has an interesting focus, namely to bring a contemporary perspective to bear on the Jewish history of Polish Galicja. Using, in particular, a series of wide photographs, the "Traces of Memory" exhibition attempts to bear witness to a way of life that developed over nearly ten centuries, only to be annihilated virtually overnight.
