Located across from the cruise ship terminal, the 60-passenger tram rises 1,880 vertical feet, on the way up, you can behold the harbor and its boats, and you can see how the town is clustered into a nook in the mountains with homes stacked as far up the hillside as possible. The complex at the top holds a restaurant and gift shop, outside of which an artisan is often at work carving a totem pole.
