Perfect for shopping, the narrow streets of Jodhpur's old town, located at the bottom of the fort, draw visitors in with their attractive houses limewashed in blue. The market stalls come to life at around 5pm and are grouped together according to the articles on sale. Jodhpur is renowned for its leatherwork (Mochi Bazaar) and fabric merchants (Tripolia Bazaar). Start your visit in Ghasmandi Road, which has the largest concentration of shops, and the picturesque Sadar Bazar, the main market.
